Graeme is a Director of the Vardy Foundation, a UK based charity which focusses on early intervention programmes to support families. He is a Board Member of Developing the Young Workforce, the Scottish Government initiative to help eradicate youth unemployment and Chairs the Communications Board of the Young Persons Guarantee. Previously, Graeme was Chief Communications Officer at Standard Life Aberdeen.
